In order to make all of the numbers from the various modules work well together, some assumptions and decisions have been made to make them the results work smoothly.
Commerce Products and Bills
The Commerce components (as opposed to Meetings, Registrations, etc.) of the financial mode of engagement calculator report order item prices, not actual payments. It is tricky to accurately break down total order payments into paid amounts per product, so instead we’re assuming that all commerce orders are (or will be) fully paid. This means if an order is partially paid, or not paid at all it, it will still show up as revenue in the calculator. This is preferable to showing full invoice amount for each product in an order (for orders with multiple products), which would result in duplicate counts of revenue.
