Spring may not be here just yet, but MatrixMaxx 15.1 is!
It’s all about reporting and coordinating, this quarter …
- Intranet Login: Upgraded from a 1-column to 2-column format to show recent patch and announcement highlights
(If you are still seeing the old page, or just as 1-column, force your browser to refresh the page. On a standard PC, you can do this by holding down the ‘shift’ key and clicking the refresh button on the browser) - Contacts: Upgraded Change History to better track address changes. Previously, change history did not fully capture flag changes (e.g., new address becomes shipping address) and now it does.
- Contacts: Added Company Names to Individual Change Notification emails sent to staff when users access their records on the WWW profile side.
- CRM: Tweaks/improvements to the Lead search results
- Membership: New Pending Membership Applications Widget for the MatrixMaxx Dashboard
- Membership: Tweaks to the Membership Comparison Report
- Membership: Memberships: Ability to define certain accounting codes as ‘dues’ under Admin -> Edit Custom Settings -> Membership. Once these codes have been set, the Membership Application Export will add new columns that split anticipated revenue and balances into ‘dues’ vs ‘other’. This can be useful for associations who put additional line items onto the membership renewals, beyond dues
- Membership: Individual Memberships; Application search/export upgrades and additions. Added payment date to the individual membership application search. Added current expiration date to the individual membership application export.
- Membership: Individual Memberships: Added individual ‘pretty’ number to the membership invoice
- Meetings: Source Report: Upgraded! Beef up your business intelligence with our new year-based visualization. See at a glance if your registrations are trending up or down, and if your web-based registrations are doing the same or not.
- Meetings: Summary report: More help text regarding ‘registration’ vs. ‘attendee’
- Meetings: NEW! Consolidated Statement/Invoice for Bundles available to staff on the Intranet Bundle page and on the WWW side confirmation page seen by the coordinator
- Meetings: Give coordinators the same file access as the attendees
- Meetings: Group Registration: Upgraded Coordinator coding so that staff may now edit the Bundle Coordinator on the MatrixMaxx Intranet
- Mapping: Mapping upgraded to look better in IE
- Communications: MailChimp Integration: Put in code to try to avoid mailchimp locking out lists due to too many users being attempted to be re-added to the list by the synch with MatrixMaxx
- Commerce Products: Digital download expiration may now be controlled at the product level using the new Product Expiration Duration field on the first page of the product setup.
- Commerce Billing: New ability to mark Commerce Billing items as ‘Closed’
with a new Open/Closed toggle. This allows staff users a way to tag Billing Items that should no longer be used, and also be able to search just by open items or just by closed items, or both. - Reports: Addition to Custom Roster Builder: Parenthesis
and now available for an additional configuration fee …
- Communication reporting on the Organization Participation Report. More and more of you are using ‘Communications’ to track association engagement activity: phone calls with members, 1-on-1 meetings with members, individual mailings of certain information, etc. So, we have upgraded the Organization Participation Report so it now has the ability to show certain communication stamps. The criteria need to be set per association specifications; if you are interested please contact Matrix for more information.
See something interesting in a module that your association doesn’t have implemented? Remember that you can view modules and upgrades that you don’t have on your own implementation on the NAFC demo site at http://intranet.nafc.maxx.matrixdev.net/
