The MatrixMaxx AMS was patched the evening of April 23, 2015
IMPORTANT: Almost every patch includes updates/patches to the scripting in use on the various pages. Scripting is often cached by the browsers and only periodically refreshed. If a page is not formatting properly, or elements are missing or not behaving properly following a patch, please do a ‘hard refresh’ on the page prior to contacting Matrix to report an issue. Using a keyboard, a browser can be forced to pull all elements of a page, again, by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the browser refresh button.
Generic enhancements and updates included the following …
- Contacts: Upgraded the coding that allows us to set whether a new address defaults to the organization or individual level when being added from an individual record.
- Commerce: Added ‘Page Count’ to the fields shown on the WWW product view
- Commerce: Intranet Product setup: Hid the ‘expiration date’ field from viewing/editing if the product is tangible, to avoid staff confusion.
- Commerce: Fixed an issue with deleting specials
- Communications: We have changed our validation on entry of the MailChimp API key in response to changes in their API pattern. (Some people were entering valid keys and getting an error message, so this fix addresses this issue. Please force your browser to refresh the page to make sure all changes get applied.)
- Meetings: Consolidated Bundle Statement: Fixed a display issue when Cancelled Registrations are within the bundle
- Meetings: Group Registration: Addressed an issue with coordinators caused in certain merge circumstances
- Meetings: Upgrades to address ticket issues in certain circumstances when edits are made after registration date has passed
- Meetings: Tweaked sort on the My Meetings list of recent meetings
- Fundraising: Upgrades made to the ‘Giving Summary by Year’ report, adding the ability to search/filter by pledge date
- Reports: Added current membership expiration date as an exportable field in the individual search/export
- Reports: Custom Roster Builder: Fixed an issue where the parenthesis were showing up even if the value was blank/null for the field within the parens
- General: Made the dropdown lists that include Communication Lists wider, generally, to better include some of the looong list names
- Icons: performed some ‘under the hood’ upgrades to the various icons in use throughout the MatrixMaxx AMS: the search magnifying glass, the edit pencil, etc. Please force your browser to refresh the page to make sure all changes get applied.
