There may be times that you want to link to one of the MatrixMaxx generated Committee Rosters on your WWW site. To do this:
- Go to the Contact –> WWW Links Page
- In the Committees section, click on the style of roster you would like.
- Click on the specific Committee in that list that you would like.
- Copy the URL of the page from the address bar.
- The URL will look something like this:
http://www.nafc.org/forms/committee/CommitteeFormPublic/view?id=2BE4000004FD&year=2015 - Remove the “&year=2015” part from the end of the URL
- This is the page you should link to on your site
By removing the year variable from the URL, you will always be pulling the current roster and you won’t have to update the link each year.
