The MatrixMaxx AMS was patched the evening of January 13, 2016
Generic enhancements and updates included the following …
- Coupons: ability to copy them!
- Advocacy and Committees: Added code to prevent Congressional committee data from appearing on reports and functionality meant only for association committees, such as the “Non-member committee report”
- MailingMaxx and Mailchimp: Tweaked coding to decrease changes of time-outs on syncing very large lists
- FundraisingMaxx: tweaked the coding that allows partial payments to prevent users from changing payment allocations and amounts after pledge is submitted
- WWW Organization Management form Staff Roster was not flowing properly for implementations with ‘Additional Affilations’ active when Alternate Contact User belongs to Multiple Organizations AND Alternate Contact had rights to make Contact changes and did so
- Changes/upgrades to the formatting of the WWW Sponsorship Search/Results pages
- Addressed rare scenario that could result in duplicate invoices being created
- Contacts: Company/Organization Sort field is being forced into lowercase by default when our coding auto-sets it so that Directories and Sorts are not sorting in the wrong order due to an alpha-numeric sort. e.g., If the company wants its name to be written ACME and that all-caps words saves into the sort field, then ACME will sort before Aadams, Inc. So code is now changing the autopopulation of ACME to acme [internal reference Maxx-2517]
IMPORTANT: Almost every patch includes updates/patches to the scripting in use on the various pages. Scripting is often cached by the browsers and only periodically refreshed. If a page is not formatting properly, or elements are missing or not behaving properly following a patch, please do a ‘hard refresh’ on the page prior to contacting Matrix to report an issue. (Using a keyboard, a browser can be forced to pull all elements of a page, again, by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the browser refresh button.)
