- The CRM modules (Leads and Tasks) implemented for all users and upgraded to include …
- New CRM Pipeline Widget that can be added to your ‘My MatrixMaxx’ dashboard
- CRM Lead Search Field: upgraded to be a date range search rather than an exact date match
- New links between CRM Leads and Goals
- Ability to add notes when changing open/close status on a Task
- New Export on the CRM Lead Search
- Lead Source: User can type and see options previously typed into Lead Source field
- Ability to add a new individual to the database while in the process of adding a Lead
- Lead list; Column header sort upgrade
- Contacts: Individual Display
- Phone Display: We simplified and removed some of the ‘smart’ phone display coding we had in place that was trying to pull the ‘best’ number and eliminate duplicates. In some cases, it was leading to confusion. Now, for example, if the same number is listed as both Work and Cell, we show it twice, with appropriate labels.
- Personal Status Display: Now all statuses show, not just ‘deceased’
- Meetings: You may now Search for Registrations by the statuses of the following emails: Cancellation Email Sent, Balance Due Email Sent, Payment Received Email Sent
- Meetings: Add to Calendar Dropdown: Introduced per-meeting setting as to whether or not to show on WWW meeting view page
- Membership Balance Due and Confirmation Emails now have editable text blocks under the Admin area (For implementations using the generic templates)
- Coupons: ability to copy them! [We snuck this up early in a patch, to try it out, but we want to highlight it in this release]
- WWW Payment Page: New scripting in place to hide credit card fields if user chooses a different payment type
