Sometimes you find that you need to create a image for a meeting, product or other part of the system, but not all of us have access to image editing software like Photoshop. Meet Pixlr. Pixlr.com is a free Web app that allows you to create, edit and save basic images.
First go to Pixlr.com and select “open Web App” for Pixlr Editor. This will put you into the editor app. You can create a new image, or open an existing image from your computer. You can also add text, combine images by copying and pasting on image onto another. When you are done, you can save as either a .jpeg (better for photos) or .png (better for logos) image, both of which MatrixMaxx supports.
If you are familiar with other editing tools, like Photoshop, Pixlr Editor will be very familiar to you. But even if you aren’t, it is fairly intuitive to figure out.
