Autumn is upon us and so is the latest release of MatrixMaxx. MatrixMaxx 16.3 rolls out an upgraded My Committees, a refreshed WWW Login page, and more! Enhancements in MatrixMaxx 16.3 include …
- The WWW My Profile ‘My Committees‘ area has a two new features: one available to everyone as part of the generic release, and one available for a small setup-fee.
- Upgraded WWW My Committee Area! It’s not just a special committee-members-only roster, anymore! There’s a new text area for staff to write notes just for committee members, a new document upload area for staff to use to provide documents to the committee, and new dynamic links to meetings tagged as part of this Committee. These new features add a lot more value to the My Committee area for members. [TIP! take this opportunity to make sure that you have ‘My Committees’ implemented on the My Profile accordion for your users, if you want them to utilize it.] ( internal MatrixMaxx reference: P7700 )
- Available Upgrade: Self-service ability for active association members to sign themselves up for committees from WWW side. Staff can tag certain committees as available for this function, then members can sign up themselves! or take themselves off. ($1500 setup fee)

- WWW Login Page refresh! We studied dozens of login pages on various eCommerce and member-based websites and gave our WWW Login page a facelift!
- We brought the ability for those who do not have a profile to start creating it from the login page. This makes it clearer how to proceed not just for those who already have a login, but for new users, too.
- Take a look at the new layout and think of how you may want to change the words/helptext that you have on this page. This is a great time to revisit how to present this page to your members! Then, SiteAdmins can log into your MatrixMaxx Intranet, and go Admin to update these words.
- And on the Roadmap for the next few releases … more Login/Create Profile upgrades, including context sensitive feedback screens if a user is not qualified to access a particular page., a tighter flow, improved organization find/affiliation process, etc. (internal MatrixMaxx reference: P-7724)
- New Invoice notes field. We added a new company demographic field; similar to critical notes. For use on organization-level invoices, to document specific invoicing/billing details that the association needs to be aware of.
- For example, the need to add a Purchase Order number, the request to send to a specific email address, or a special billing site that needs to be used. If this new field is filled in, it displays a red ‘additional invoice notes’ notation on any intranet view page for a company application (member application, sponsorship, bill, pledge) and view page for an application for an individual with a primary affiliation to that company (meeting registration, commerce order).
- It appears for any company in the immediate company tree, and there are circumstances where more than one set of notes will appear if all companies in the tree have notes. e.g., if the company is a child, and both it and the parent have notes, 2 sets will appear.
- It is a link that opens a pop-up modal window with the notes in it. (internal MatrixMaxx reference P-7723)
- New Generic Report: Active Additional Affiliations report, under Contacts -> Reports -> Individuals, for associations using this function. Any individual with at least one active additional affiliation is listed here. (internal MatrixMaxx reference M-68254)
- Intranet Individual View page ‘Additional Affiliation’ accordion upgrade to auto-open this accordion if an additional affiliation is present (internal MatrixMaxx reference M-68235) and Show Assistee on Individual Overview as well as Assistant (internal MatrixMaxx reference J-2757)
- Mailchimp Integration: Added ‘username’ to the field exported, so that it is possible to merge into emails reminding individuals of their usernames, and how to reset their passwords. (internal MatrixMaxx reference J-2788)
- Add City, State, Country to Export for Membership Dues, By Year Report (internal MatrixMaxx reference: W-110195)
- And … just for fun … a New AnimalCam widget on Intranet Dashboard!
