How Can We Help?

Configurable to the Maxx (Did You Know You Could…?)

The MatrixMaxx AMS gives staff tremendous levels of flexibility in all of its modules. But did you know that in addition to the granular control within the modules,  MatrixMaxx allows site administrators to control and configure macro-level settings within the AMS? Read to find out the power that is in your hands as a MatrixMaxx site administrator!

ADMINISTRATIVE PAGES

When logged in as a site administrator (generically called the ‘SiteAdmin’ access, unless your association has custom access-levels), visit the Administrative (Admin) area of in the upper right corner of your MatrixMaxx intranet to manage a variety of settings and appearances.

Manage Access Levels

A powerful feature of your MatrixMaxx AMS is the ability to manage the levels of access you give to individuals – whether it be staff colleagues using the MatrixMaxx AMS system, or visitors to your public-facing web site. For example, as a site administrator you can set granular levels of access to your colleagues: maybe one staff person should have access to MeetingMaxx, but not to CommerceMaxx.

Edit Custom Settings

The Edit Custom Settings area of the Administrative Pages allows you to adjust scores of configuration settings for the various MatrixMaxx modules available in your installation. A few examples of your ability to configure these settings include …

Committees:

You can control the layout of your committee-only committee rosters by making decisions like displaying:

Customized Modules

Within the MatrixMaxx Administrative pages, the Maxx team will include powerful tools to allow site administators to control configurations to such modules as the CRM module, Sponsorships module, Organizational Demographics, Individual Demographics, Meetings, and other custom settings that your staff may need access to.

List All WWW Links

This section of the Adminstrative Pages gives you a one-page look at all of the WWW links that the MatrixMaxx AMS generates. This useful tool allows you to grab and use URLs on any of your web site front-end pages.

Key MatrixMaxx Settings (READ ONLY)

The settings listed in this area show you and your staff the key settings that were installed during your implementation or during other custom work. Forget how long you set the renewal date to? Don’t remember if you require users to enter their billing address when they enter a payment on your web site payment pages? Did you have Maxx set up to allow all emails sent to lists from your staff bypass any moderation? How many days before downloaded products expire for users? You’ll see all of this, here!

View Available MatrixMaxx Upgrades

This area allows you to see all the MatrixMaxx modules that are available to your team. Read descriptions about each and see module pricing.

MYMATRIXMAXX DASHBOARD

You can also sort featured products in any order that works for you! Look for this functionality under the Commerce -> Store Front menu

MEETINGS

Let’s face it, no one meeting is like another. When setting up each individual meeting you have the ability to do a great deal of customization. However, you can ALSO use the Default Settings in the Meetings module to set defaults, so that meetings that don’t have custom needs can simply utilize the meeting defaults! You can set the default:

  • Cancellation policy
  • Attire
  • Thank you text
  • The “from” address on the meeting emails to be the meeting contact
  • Set a default meeting contact

You can also customize the text that appears on the top of the meeting calendar on the public-facing web site!

These tools are in your hands. And the best part? YOU HAVE THE POWER TO DO ALL OF THIS – WITHOUT CONTACTING THE MATRIX GROUP!
