The MatrixMaxx AMS was patched the evening of October 6, 2015
Generic enhancements and updates included the following …
- Contacts: Upgraded organization search result sorting. If a bunch of organizations results on the same result page have the exact same sort name and name, then we have introduced a tertiary sort that puts the dues payment/parent at the top.
e.g., if you have 10 ‘ACME Company’ records in the database, then the parent will be at the top, and the children will fall under that in order by state, then city. Note this is within the page; if child is on page 1 and parent is on page 2, child will still come first. (internal ref# Maxx-2403) - CRM: Speeded up page load speed (internal ref# Maxx-2460)
- Meetings: Improved formatting and spacing on the generic confirmation template to give it a cleaner appearance (internal ref# 106606)
- Meetings: added a warning to staff when they go to cancel a registration from a bundle using special deals (since canceling one of the regs might invalidate the special deal). (internal ref# Maxx-2368)
- Membership: Upgraded Member Record search. On Search form, added new Criteria:
Membership Join Date [Date range search, like current expiration date search] and Membership Member Since Date [Date range search, like current expiration date search]. On results page, Primary sort is now by membership type (types in database order) then secondary sort by expiration date (soonest to latest). Also, we are now displaying more results per page and have added more columns of data: “Join Date” and “Member Since” dates. And, after the Edit Pencil, we added another column/Link that says “[Generate Renewal App]” which will be the same as clicking the generate renewal link on the Organization or Individual page (whichever is applicable) . (internal ref# Maxx-2470 and Maxx-2466) - Reports: Tweaked labels on the various company ID fields to make them clearer (internal ref# 106687)
- Sponsorship: Fixed a display issue when removing Opportunities (internal ref# 106604)
- Commerce: Corrected an issue with the Preview upload on the WWW store (internal ref# 106705)
IMPORTANT: Almost every patch includes updates/patches to the scripting in use on the various pages. Scripting is often cached by the browsers and only periodically refreshed. If a page is not formatting properly, or elements are missing or not behaving properly following a patch, please do a ‘hard refresh’ on the page prior to contacting Matrix to report an issue. (Using a keyboard, a browser can be forced to pull all elements of a page, again, by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the browser refresh button.)
