How Can We Help?

MatrixMaxx 17.3 went live September 28, 2017 (Search Saver and Bulk Stamper)

Fall 2017 is here, and so is the latest release of MatrixMaxx.  MatrixMaxx 17.3!

For a guided walk-through of the release be sure to watch the recording of our free Overview Session which occurred on Monday, October 2, 2017, 11am Eastern time on WebEx.

Enhancements in MatrixMaxx 17.3 include …

  • Search Saver. The ability to Save your Searches and Exports – without making a List in the Communications Module
    • In the Reports module, the favorites ‘Advanced Individual Search‘ and ‘Advanced Organization Search‘ now allow staff users to save their searches and exports using the new ‘Save Search’ buttons.
    • Categorizing your Saved Searches/Exports will show them in particular modules’ Report areas, in addition to seeing them in the Report module itself. e.g., Tag a search as a ‘Contact’ search and it will show up in Contacts->Reports as well as in Reports->View All Reports
  • Bulk Communication Stamper. The ongoing upgrades to speed up this module and better stamp attachments is now complete.  (Clients who were already using Bulk Stamper should have noticed a speed increase; clients who were not regularly using it should take a fresh look at it under the Communication module)
  • PDF Invoices (additional implementation fee applies)
    • A staff user may choose to attach an auto-generated PDF invoice when sending confirmation/balance-due emails
    • Auto-triggers of these emails — i.e., from WWW-side activities — automatically include these PDFs, too.
    • This is the ‘first stage’ of this upgrade. Anticipated future development includes some type of ‘bulk’ trigger that includes these PDFs. (For example, bulk trigger a balance due email with PDF invoice to anyone with an unpaid membership renewal.)
    • Our current list price for this addition is $6,000; Contact Matrix for more details.
  • MatrixMaxx URL generator (aka URL Builder ) (additional implementation fee applies).
    • All MatrixMaxx clients have the generic ability to use UTM campaign codes to track ‘conversions’ in our Commerce, Membership, and Meeting modules, but it only works if the link goes to a MatrixMaxx-generated WWW page.
    • This new upgrade allows staff to generate Google UTM URLs to any page on their site (e.g., CMS-generated), with a special extra piece of code that sets a cookie that the MatrixMaxx AMS can read if the user ‘converts’ and makes a transaction.
    • Our current list price for this addition is $1,500; Contact Matrix for more details. (You may learn more about this upgrade in 17.3 Overview Session recording, starting at 37 minutes – 10 seconds (37:10), but the most critical info starts at 42 minutes)
  • Other generic additions of note:
    • Added title to individual records on Committee Participation Report (available from the Company Record as a ‘Report’)(Matrix reference 114052)
    • Added address ID to export in Advanced Individual Search/Export in Reports module (Matrix reference 71334)
    • Added start date to the committee view on intranet side (Matrix reference MAXX-3037)
  • IMPORTANT: Some older elements may be cached in your browser. If a page is not formatting properly, or elements are missing or not behaving properly, please do a ‘hard refresh’ on the page prior to contacting Matrix to report an issue. (Using a keyboard, a browser can be forced to pull all elements of a page, again, by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the browser refresh button.)
