The Tasks module in MatrixMaxx allows association staff to enter to-do items for themselves or other association staff. These tasks can also be linked to related items in MatrixMaxx such as organizations, individuals, meetings, or products.
The following is some of the key features of the Tasks module.
Key features
- Put in a task that goes into a task list it then triggers an email to the staff member you assign it to
- e.g., Jane in meetings talks to a member on the phone; they need follow-up. She assigns a task to Bob in membership development to follow-up with them.
- e.g., Ellen at front desk takes a message from someone needing meetings help; she puts in a task and assigns to someone in meetings
- View your task list
- This module is a good tool, but it needs full department/organization usage to be effective
- Track time taken to complete a task
- View Task Change History
- View History of Staff Assignments
- e.g., See that the task was first assigned to Bob. Bob finishes his part of the task and then assigns it to Jane to complete her part of the task.
- View a list of tasks by category, organization, date or staff
