Sometimes you may want to delete a meeting from MatrixMaxx due to having duplicate meetings or various other reasons. However, in MatrixMaxx we can’t delete meetings due to the meeting data connecting to many other objects throughout the database. If you need to remove a meeting, here is what we suggest doing:
- Rename the meeting and use it for the next meeting you enter into the system. It then becomes this new meeting and no longer appears under the old name,
OR - Give it a name of ‘Do not use’ or something similar and change the date to be far into the past. This way it won’t show on any current reports.
