Sometimes, you need to update your password. We totally understand.
Maybe your IT team recommended that you strengthen it, or, despite your diligent use of a password management tool, it has simply slipped your mind. No problem. You can reset it.
This is done through PayPal’s Manager Site.
However, it is critical to notify the MatrixMaxx team and do this in coordination with us! Unless we have a separate user account (which is rare in most of our older accounts), changing the password will break all of our eCommerce, because we use this password to connect to the Payflow system.
