Create Repeating Meetings Quickly with the Copy Meeting Function

Many organizations have meetings that repeat.  No matter if they repeat yearly, or every few months, once you have entered the meeting once, you can quickly duplicate that meeting to create the next meeting.  To do this, follow these steps:

  • Search for the meeting you wish to copy under the ‘Meetings’ Main tab, and the ‘Search Meetings’ option under that.
  • Click the meeting name to go to the Meeting view page for that meeting.
  • In the main body of the page, near the upper right corner, you will see an option to Copy Meeting.  Click this.
  • Confirm you would like the copy the meeting.
  • The new meeting will be created as ‘Copy of Original Meeting Name’ and will have the dates an location of the original meeting
  • Edit the meeting name, dates, location and anything else that may be different than the original meeting.

That is it. Everything else, including fees, and event setups will be copied from the previous meeting.
