Sometimes plans change. And with large events and meetings having long registration periods, you might have to change your attendees list. It’s easy to do. You may do attendee substitution on any registration, paid or unpaid, in an open meeting.
To do this in the classic registration flow on the staff Intranet side:
- Find the registration you want to change/edit.
e.g., Townsend’s registration for the 2014 annual business meeting - Link to ‘edit registration’ either from the pencil icon or an edit link, depending where/how you are viewing the registration.
e.g., Townsend’s edit page - Scroll down on that first page, past name, badge info, etc. to the Attendee Substitution box. Do a ‘find’ to find the person you want to substitute in, or add a new person from here too
- Save page
Currently the flow to do this is similar for group registration, but it may change in the future to be more like WWW.
