The MatrixMaxx AMS was patched the evening of June 3, 2015
IMPORTANT: Almost every patch includes updates/patches to the scripting in use on the various pages. Scripting is often cached by the browsers and only periodically refreshed. If a page is not formatting properly, or elements are missing or not behaving properly following a patch, please do a ‘hard refresh’ on the page prior to contacting Matrix to report an issue. (Using a keyboard, a browser can be forced to pull all elements of a page, again, by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the browser refresh button.)
Generic enhancements and updates included the following …
- Advocacy Upgrades: Several upgrades, including:
- Advanced Company Export: Field label for Congressional District upgraded to properly reflect per-association setting of primary or shipping address in its name
- Address-to-district mapping upgraded to be able to make more matches in more scenarios (and more upgrades on the way in upcoming patches)
- Commerce Store: Added Product ID to the generic invoice template, to the left of Product Name
- Commerce Store: Addressed a link issue caused by special characters in the Product Name field
- Membership: Addressed issue in certain rolling membership setups where Welcome Email could trigger incorrectly when going back into pending applications/renewals from previous calendar years
- Meetings: Addressed an issue where a registration/bundle could lose its connection to its Coordinator in certain merge scenarios
- Contacts/Profile Maintenance: Addressed an issue in the flow of the WWW-side ‘Lost Password’ form that in some instances would reset a user’s username in addition to their password
- Reporting/Exporting: Added Billing Contact (Y/N), Directory Contact (Y/N), and Company Sort to the Advanced Individual Export
